About
The Biography of Apostle Diane Washington
Apostle Diane Washington, senior pastor of the Trinity Deliverance Church, accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at the age of 25 years old. Since that time, she has committed herself to pleasing God and allowing His perfect will to be accomplished in her life.
She has served as an example to women by exemplifying the attributes of a virtuous woman of God. With a burden to see the power of God operate in the lives of women, “Daughters of Hannah Ministries” was birthed. Women from all lifestyles were a part of this dynamic ministry. An annual conference evolved from the Daughters of Hannah Ministries, entitled “Beauty for Ashes,” which focused on the restoration of women and helping to direct them to their destiny.
In 2001, her life was blessed through the marital union to the late Apostle V. Benjamin Washington, founder of the Trinity Deliverance Church. From this anointed union, they have six beautiful children. For many years, as a faithful wife and servant in God’s vineyard, she served alongside side her devoted husband and pastor. After the going home of our beloved Apostle V. B. Washington, the baton was passed and she was called and elevated as an “Apostle.”
Apostle Diane Washington has authored two books entitled, “31 Day Spiritual Warfare Handbook,” and “Debt Free Living.” She is a woman endowed with a gift to empower God’s people to take hold of their own future through ownership – through entrepreneurism. Over the years, she has owned and operated several businesses, such as a home-based travel agency business, proprietor of “Designs on Wheels” and “Lady Di’s Artifacts”, and many more. In addition, she is the owner of Yum Modern Bakery.
Apostle Diane is also co-founder of the Five-Fold International Fellowship Ministries (Apostle V. B. Washington, founder). This ministry was established with the goal to activate ministry gifts, confirm callings and to equip the saints for the work of ministry. Trinity continues to host the Five-Fold Ministry Conference annually.
Being community-minded, she has served on many boards, such as the Southeastern Village Adopt-a-School Constellation, Islandview Village Housing Program and the Michigan Neighborhood Partnership. Currently, she serves on the board of Hands Inc., as well as Powerful Women of 10.
With God’s help, she continues to be steadfast, building upon the foundation that was laid, and carrying on the vision of the Man of the God. She is committed to “reaching the unreachable and touching the untouchable.”
